• The Birkman Method: As a licensed provider, I administer this premier assessment to identify internal motivations, interests, and—crucially—stress behaviors.

• MBTI & STRONG Inventories: Certified analysis of personality types and occupational themes to see where a student’s natural energy meets market demand.

• Motivation Mapping: Understanding a student's internal drive to predict which environments will lead to success versus burnout.

Phase 2: Major & Career Alignment

We translate assessment data into a concrete professional direction.

• Targeted Career Paths: Identifying 3–5 specific career trajectories that align with the student's "Internal Compass".

• Major Selection: Mapping those careers to specific college majors to avoid the "5th-year senior" trap and unnecessary tuition costs.

• Roadblock Identification: Highlighting potential personality-based hurdles and providing strategies to navigate them.

Phase 3: The Strategic Debrief

• Parent & Student Consultation: A deep-dive session to review the findings and ensure the entire family is aligned on the next steps.

• The Skills Gap Analysis: Assessing the soft and hard skillsets the student will need to develop for their chosen future.
