Our Three-Phase Alignment Process

Phase 1: Your Internal Blueprint (Personality & Drive) We go beneath the surface to uncover how you are truly "wired" for the professional world.

• The Birkman Method: As a licensed provider, I use this premier tool to identify your natural motivations and—crucially—how you respond to stress in a work environment.

• MBTI & STRONG Inventories: A certified look at where your personality meets your natural interests.

• Motivation Mapping: Understanding what gives you energy so we can predict which environments will lead to success rather than burnout.

Phase 2: Discovery & Alignment We translate your unique data into a concrete professional direction.

• Targeted Career Paths: Identifying specific directions that align with your "Internal Compass."

• Growth Mapping: Highlighting the specific strengths you have and the areas to focus on to be competitive in your chosen field.

• Navigating Roadblocks: Understanding personality-based hurdles and creating strategies to move past them with ease.

Phase 3: Your Strategic Roadmap

• Strategic Consultation: A 1:1 deep-dive session to review your findings and build a clear plan for your next steps.

• The PrepU Hand-off: A customized summary of your "Why" to inform your PrepU outreach, ensuring you connect with the right employers.

• Your Professional Blueprint: A clear, actionable roadmap for your job search, networking, and long-term growth.
